Touched by A Child Foundation is a Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation approved as a 501(c)3 organization by the federal and state government located in Grass Valley, CA. Our desire is to provide affordable services. To do so, our session fees are on a sliding fee scale which is based upon the client's monthly income and ability to pay. We provide high quality, affordable psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Bill's desire is to guide and stand beside you along your journey to heal from the inside out.
